I have been using this for a month. My friends and husband have noticed my arms are changing. I have noticed a difference in my stomach. I hope it will help me make the change I want faster then just exercise.!!

3 Stars Low cost but average
I had a feeling one “miracle” product would not work by itself, so I got the rub on cream and the pills. The cream is easy to use. One button press of the bottle is all you need, just use caution when putting a thin shirt on. Sadly they have not worked with noticable results even with excercise 4 days a week and using the pills. To be fair I sometimes forget to use one or the other or remember late in the day. If I was more disciplined I maight see better results.

I’ve been using this exactly a month and although the measuring tape has not shown any inches lost I can see a difference in the way the fat on my stomach is distributed. I carry most of my weight on my stomach area & have a hideous “drop” stomach because of it. It appears to be more “cut” and the “drop” part appears to be more pulled up and tight. I will continue to use what I have on hand and order more to last me a total of 3 months to give the product the benefit of the doubt especially because of the amount of fat I have on my stomach. After all, any change for the better is a good thing in my book.
