Build abs Fast – The 3 Worst Mistakes You Should Not Do
People always come to me and ask: “how did you build abs fast?” Most of the time,these people tell me they find it hard to get the most favorable result in the quickest time possible. But guess what? Having the right tool for your abs routinewill make it easier.
If you ask me, building a no nonsense six pack abs needs a lot of HARD WORK. Yet, it won’t be enough. All your work will be put to waste if you don’t do the most effective training plan. Observing the people who approached me, I realized the similar mistakes they did in the process.
So, to help you avoid making the same mistakes, here are the 3 biggest mistakes you should NOT do:
1. Restraining yourself from eating more than two meals every day
Like what John Alvino said, you must take in at least 5-6 meals each day for an excellent fat loss regimen. Consuming a full meal once or twice each day is not the most excellent diet to a firm and tighter lower abs.
Getting ripped abs fast needs proper nutrition. What do you want to do after a tiring day at work? Don’t you have the desire to replenish your strength and recharge? The same goes when you’re working your muscles. After a hard training, your muscles crave to regain their strength. If you don’t eat properly, you will wear them out. Later on, this can result to muscle loss and damage. Furthermore, you will also reduce your metabolism tremendously.
The key technique for a successful abs diet is eating highly nutritious meals at the right time. After your exercises, consume high-protein meals. Another point, stay away from unhealthy fats and bad carbs like fast foods, deep fried foods and sweets.
2. Relying on CARDIOVASCULAR ALONE to build abdominal muscles quick
CARDIO workouts are BENEFICIAL. However, this is not enough. To build abs fast, you will have to do various routines, not just ONE. Resistance training and weight lifting are some of the best complete body exercises that will form your muscles. Carrying out these drills along with abs-specific routines will get those abs sculpted fast. One important reminder though, you should perform these drills on a regular basis at least every 4 non-consecutive days a week. For your cardio option, do them during the days when you’re not going about your regular workouts.
3. Training too hard
Some people could not even take the pain of hard workouts. Yet, there are those who believe that over-training themselves will give them better outcome quicker. Well, that’s a huge mistake. Training too hard too often won’t get you near ripped abs. Why? Because you can injure yourself along the way, physically and mentally. This will wear your muscles, and if worse comes to worst, it can damage them entirely.
Keep in mind, your goal is to carry out an effective workout. It won’t be efficient at all when you don’t perform it precisely. Over-training won’t produce the best outcome simply because you won’t be able to perform each routine with consistency.
So start off by performing 5 reps of each set of exercise then gradually add on to your reps as you improve. This will give your muscles enough time to recover. One more thing, it will also prepare your muscles for more advanced routines in the future.
Don’t commit the same mistakes such as these. Following the right program will pave your way to your fitness dream. Just live a well-balanced diet, do your drills accurately, and don’t ever believe that ONE routine will build abs fast.
