You must stay committed to your goals if you are truly going to lose belly fat. You cannot slack here, the big reason why is, if you do you will gain back any weight that you might have already lost. Following a strict diet and exercise regimen is something that you are going to have to take very seriously and make a major part of your life.

The first few days are going to be the hardest and you will probably be getting some intense cravings, but once you get past the first few days your cravings will cease. Then as time goes on, you will notice that your body is finally used to all of this stuff and you will begin to feel and look great.
